Why does Coach Wolff always place Holland as the problem in the team's short comings? Holland seems to have no real role except to use his athleticism to score and play great defense. Who coaches the team, the player or the coach? Wolff seems to be missing something that other coaches see so clearly. BU was simply out played and out coached.

It's not always just Holland. He very rarely places blame directly on certain players, so the audio from this game is actually pretty unusual. There's no question Holland is as dynamic a star as there is in the league and with two more years left at BU, the sky's the limit. Still, his maturity has been a work in progress and sometimes it shows on the court, which is, I think, what Wolff is talking about in the clip you listened to.
